The VGLX Versatile Large automatic hose reel is a durable stainless steel AISI 304/316 system designed for efficient hose management in industrial environments across UAE, GCC, and Africa. It is ideal for surface washing, workshop cleaning, and diesel fuel distribution requiring safe, controlled, and organized hose operation.
Built with corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, it ensures long-lasting durability in harsh industrial conditions. The reel supports hose lengths up to 25 meters depending on diameter, making it suitable for light to medium industrial applications.
The spring-loaded automatic retraction system ensures smooth and safe hose rewind, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. The drum rotates on ball bearings for enhanced durability and smooth performance. Adjustable hose-guide arms (positions A-B-C) allow flexible installation based on workspace layout.
Equipped with a 4-roller hose guide, the system reduces hose wear and ensures smooth movement during operation. Optional accessories include a revolving stand and lateral protective covers for added installation flexibility and safety. AISI 316 “TX” version is available for enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
